Privacy Policy
What Logicive collects, which companies it passes through, the legal basis for holding it, and how to get all of it deleted.

Who is responsible
Logicive is built and run by an independent operator, who decides what is collected and why, and is therefore the data controller for everything described on this page.
Every request about your data, and every question about this policy, goes to info@logicive.com. There is no separate privacy department; that address reaches the person who can actually act on it.
What we collect
We only collect what the product needs to work. That falls into four groups.
- Your account. Your name, email address and business name, plus the password you set. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider, so nobody at Logicive can read yours.
- What you upload. Product photos, product names and descriptions, and everything you put in your brand file: logo, colours, tone of voice, sample copy and your house rules. If you paste a product link, the details read from that page are stored the same way.
- What you make. The prompts you write, the images and videos generated for you, the ad strategies written alongside them, and the ads you save from the library.
- Your plan. Which plan you are on, when your access ends, your credit balance, and a record of what each generation cost.
Why we use it
- To generate the images, videos and ad strategies you ask for.
- To keep your brand file on hand so every ad comes back in your brand.
- To fill in product details from a link you paste, so you do not retype them.
- To run your account: sign-in, plan, credit balance and billing.
- To answer you when you write to support, and to investigate abuse or fraud.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent it to anyone, and we do not train any model of our own on your photos or your brand file. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and no automated decision is made about you that has a legal or similarly significant effect.
Our legal basis
If you are in a place with data protection law of this kind, such as the EU, the UK or Türkiye, we are required to say why we are allowed to hold your data. There are three grounds, and each use falls under one of them.
- To perform our contract with you. Your account, your uploads, your generations, your credit balance and your plan. Without this data the product cannot do the thing you paid for.
- Our legitimate interests. Keeping the service secure, preventing abuse and fraud, and answering your support messages. We use the minimum needed for that and nothing more.
- Legal obligations. Payment and tax records, which are kept for as long as accounting rules require.
We do not rely on consent for any of the above, because none of it is optional extra use. There is no marketing tracking to opt into and nothing to withdraw consent from.
Where it is kept
Your account data and your files are stored on Supabase infrastructure in the United States. Connections to Logicive are encrypted in transit, and access to the database is restricted per account, so one customer cannot read another's products, brand file or generated work.
This means your data leaves your own country. If you are in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, your data is processed abroad, including in the United States, by the providers listed above and under their own terms and safeguards. By using Logicive you accept that transfer, since the service cannot be delivered without it.
Cookies and tracking
Logicive runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not follow you around the internet and we have nothing to sell to anyone who does.
Signing in stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in between visits. Clearing your browser data removes it and signs you out.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists, because that is what makes your gallery and your brand file work months after you created them. When you ask us to delete your account we remove it on the timeline set out on the data deletion page.
Two things outlive that. Records of payments are kept by Lemon Squeezy for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is outside our control. Files you uploaded but never attached to anything are cleared automatically after 24 hours, whether you ask or not.
Your rights
Some of these you can exercise yourself, immediately. The rest we do for you when you ask.
- See and change your name, business name, email address and password at any time from your account page.
- Download anything you have generated from your gallery, at full resolution, whenever you like.
- Ask for your account and everything in it to be deleted, through the data deletion page.
Depending on where you live, you also have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to info@logicive.com and we will act on it. We answer within 30 days, and we do not charge for it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date at the top. If a change materially affects how your data is handled, we will tell you before it takes effect.
